With 6 cottages 'The Sandcastle' is a perfect place to explore Golden Bay from. Comfortably set out your cottage has its own bathroom, kitchen and we supply all linen.
But what our guests love most is the peace of the tranquil gardens which are tucked up our own valley. Sitting on your deck you can enjoy views of the sea or watch the multitude of wild birds. 
We have many extra's - included in your stay is full use of the sauna and spa complex, you may wish to have a massage or order breakfast. Most of the breakfast will have come from our organic gardens. A laundry is available and free wireless internet 
We are a small relaxed family run business, we know Golden Bay very well and will tell you all the places you should see - it may be a remote beach or the 'wild' west coastline, seek out many varied walks that could include waterfalls, springs, caves or an ancient forest. Not forgetting the Abel Tasman National Park (the bay is at the best end)is on out doorstep.
So much to do and see - Staying with 'The Sandcastle' is a good start.

We had a wonderful stay in cottage 5, the cottage had everything we needed, a beautiful view out to sea. we were warm and cosy despite the weather being wet and windy With it being off peak we were able to take our litle dog, who was welcomed by Sal, thank you Sal. We wll certainly be back
