My Services Include...

• Act as first point of contact for all inquiries, administer booking process, liaise with guest during their stay
• Conduct the change-over/cleaning service following guest departure including laundry of linens
• Oversee maintenance including lawn/garden care
• Oversee other services that may be required from time to time (plumbers, electricians etc,.)

 Attracting a high demand of inquiries seeking accommodation in the Nelson Bays area for the summer period, properties are sought to manage in Marahau, Kaiteriteri, Ruby Bay, Tahunanui, Golden Bay and the Marlborough Sounds, along with other locations throughout the upper South Island.

 Accommodation owners are sent monthly statements showing all transactions, with monies owing direct-credited at the end of each calendar month.

 Management fees include gst, banking transactions and complementary provisions for guest use; including dish-washing liquid, toilet tissue, hand-soap, paper towels, glad-wrap…

I also provide Booking Agent service whereby all enquiries and booking process is handled.
