Port has a single garage with washing machine
Both units have own BBQ & outdoor patio furniture
Sunny deck providing a view of the bay off each unit
Nightly Rates:
Nightly rates As @ January 2012 including bed & bathroom linens, and end of stay clean
$120NZD/Couple + $15 per extra person 1st May to 31st October
$135NZD/Couple + $18 per extra person 1st November to 19th December & 1st February to 31st April
$149NZD/Couple + $20 per extra person 20th December to 31st January
Minimum stay of 2 nights; one night stays incurs nightly rate plus additional $50NZD
10% deposit of total tariff required to confirm booking 7 days prior to stay, otherwise total tariff required
